On The Level Concrete — OTL — has been working concrete in Windsor–Essex for over fifteen years. The name isn't a slogan; it's the spec every job gets held to.
Our story
Built in Essex County.
OTL started the way most good contracting companies do: one crew, one truck, and a reputation that grew one driveway at a time. Fifteen-plus years later, the trucks are wrapped, the crew wears the logo, and the jobs range from backyard pads to commercial approaches — but the way we work hasn't changed.
We still measure twice. We still over-prep the base, because that's where concrete is won or lost. We still leave the site cleaner than we found it. And the person who shakes your hand on the quote is on site when the truck shows up.
That's what "on the level" means to us — flat, honest, and exactly what was promised.

How we operate
Three rules we don't bend.
Prep decides everything.
Concrete fails from underneath. Excavation depth, base compaction, and grading get more of our time than the pour itself — that's why the finish stays flat.
Finish it like it's ours.
Edges, joints, and surface texture are what you see every day for decades. We don't leave a job until the details would pass at our own homes.
Show up like pros.
Quotes in writing, schedules kept, branded crew and equipment, clean staging, and straight answers when ground conditions change. No surprises on invoice day.

We live here, build here, and spend our winters at the same rinks as the families we pour for. That matters more than any ad campaign — when your concrete company is from here, the work has to hold up everywhere we go.
